I've been a full-time, full-service agent since 2002 licensed in both NH & ME.  Over the years I've been a Director for the Strafford County Board of Realtors, I've Chaired the Ethics and Professional Standards Committee, and I was the Managing Broker of the #1 brokerage leading by both total homes sold and total volume sold in Belknap County.  I have personally sold several hundred homes and helped countless families, I've also personally overseen and managed almost 2000 transactions as a non-competing manager.  Part of my philosophy not just throughout my career but throughout my life has been "there is no substitute for the benefit of a good education", and to fully support that, I have earned 12 separate designations during my career not only to be a better agent but to help better represent my clients and help them achieve their goals.  In an industry where there is an 85% attrition rate in the first two years, an industry where recent statistics came out showing 70% of the agents are selling 4 or fewer homes in a 12-month period, understand not all agents have the same level of commitment to your needs.  This has never been a part-time job or "side hustle" for me, it's been a profession I've given my life to, it's been an opportunity for me to have an impact on thousands of people of lives and I've built friendships that have lasted the entirety of my career.  So if you're looking to work with someone who has a proven track record, someone who understands the complexity of the market and can communicate the factors that impact it to help you win regardless of whether you're looking to buy, sell, or invest, I'd love the opportunity to sit down and talk and earn your business.
